- Familiarizing yourself with the program and production orders to ensure accurate execution.
- Leading the assigned team to their workstations, distributing tasks equitably, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Conducting pre-operational inspections on machines, ensuring all safety measures are in place.
- Monitoring product availability, quality, and compliance, and reporting any discrepancies to the foreman.
- Maintaining accurate records of product compliance for documentation.
- Upholding operational procedures and maintaining the line’s efficiency by performing first-level maintenance and checks.
- Anticipating product changes, preparing supplies, and contributing to product storage.
Qualifications that Set You Up for Success
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
- Strong mathematical skills to accurately manage production orders and quantities.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing French to effectively communicate with the team.
- Relevant experience in a similar role or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DES).
- Physical fitness to handle tasks like lifting, pushing, and shooting, with the ability to lift loads up to 25kg.
- Exceptional attendance record, reflecting your commitment and reliability.
