Qualifications and Experience
An Experienced NZ Registered Nurse
To excel in this role, we seek an experienced New Zealand registered nurse. Our ideal candidate will have more than three years of experience working in a dialysis unit. Expertise in both haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis is essential, as is the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with renal physiologists and medical professionals.
Mentorship and Training
As a registered nurse, you will not only provide direct patient care but also play a crucial role in mentoring and training students and junior staff. Your guidance will shape the future of healthcare. Strong communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to work autonomously within the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
