Job Overview: Seasonal Farm Workers for 2024
Join us as seasonal farm workers for the 2024 season, spanning from April 15 to November 26 (with flexibility in start/end dates). Team members will engage in various aspects of vegetable and livestock production, selling products at farmers’ market prices, and contributing to farm-related projects. Expect to work 40 to 50 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and bend frequently.
- Strength: Capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly.
- Outdoor Endurance: Willingness to work outdoors for at least 8 hours daily in all weather conditions.
- Flexibility: Availability for some weekends and evenings.
- Bonus, but not mandatory: Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a tractor and small truck (or a willingness to learn).
Responsibilities: Your Daily Harvest
- Greenhouse and Irrigation Assistance: Aid in greenhouse cultivation and watering.
