The Role
As a Marketing Manager with us, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our five unique brands in Svalbard: Hurtigruten Svalbard, Funken Lodge, Radisson Blu Polar, Coal Miners’ Cabins, Huset, and Longyear78. You’ll enjoy a dynamic daily life filled with challenges and exciting opportunities. You’ll lead a team of experienced individuals, and you’ll report to the Commercial Director.

Your Profile

Responsibilities Include
- Leading and developing the marketing department
- Creating marketing plans and effective marketing communication, including budgeting and budget monitoring
- Maintaining and developing the company’s brands/brand strategy
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including advertising and digital campaigns, as well as assessing the effectiveness of the campaigns
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys in collaboration with the product owner
- Monitoring industry trends and changes in consumer behavior
- Developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan
- Building and shaping our brand identity/house of brands strategy
