Job Description
Atlas On Line Groupe RAM is recruiting Customer Service Representatives for inbound calls in Casablanca. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming, identifying, and addressing customer requests.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll welcome them, identify their needs, and address their requests.
Analyzing customer needs to provide appropriate advice and assistance.
You will be responsible for understanding what the customer needs and providing them with the right advice and assistance.
Achieving sales targets and handling complaints.
In addition to providing top-notch service, you’ll also contribute to achieving sales targets and managing customer complaints.
Desired Profile
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (DEUG, Bachelor’s, or equivalent), preferably in foreign languages.
A strong educational background is preferred, especially in foreign languages, to ensure effective communication with a diverse customer base.
Proficiency in English.
English proficiency is essential as you’ll be interacting with customers from around the world.
Proficiency in a second language: French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Spanish, etc.
Knowledge of a second language is a significant advantage and will enhance your ability to connect with a broader range of customers.
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, effective communication, and the ability to work in a team.
