Key Roles and Responsibilities
As the Security Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Ensuring Guest and Team Safety
You will ensure the safety of guests, team members, and hotel property through professional and efficient daily operations.
Developing Fire and Emergency Guidelines
Develop fire and emergency evacuation guidelines, and conduct regular fire safety training for team members.
Effective Complaint Handling
Deal with complaints effectively and ensure follow-up with both in-house and external guests.
Regular Security Reporting
Provide regular security reports to the Security Manager, Hotel Manager, and General Manager.
