Selection Criteria
To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be of Moroccan nationality
Hold the required diploma for the desired academic level
Have received final acceptance from a higher education institution in Quebec for the program requiring the scholarship waiver
Priority is given to candidates who have completed at least two semesters in Quebec as part of the required program
The minimum number of remaining sessions in Quebec as part of the required program is 2
Merit ranking, after academic excellence, is based on the cumulative grade point average (GPA) in addition to the number of completed courses in Quebec
Links are determined by the overall grade of the diploma obtained in Morocco
The duration of the academic diploma, allowing access to the required academic program in Quebec, is 4 years of study
Grades obtained in Quebec as part of a DESS, undergraduate diploma, certificate, or a completed year as part of an exchange program are not taken into account

The scholarship application requires the following documents:
Completed and signed application form for the additional tuition fee waiver (to be filled out on the computer, printed, and signed)
Recent proof of final acceptance from a Quebec higher education institution for the program requiring the scholarship waiver
Copies of previously obtained certificates and grades
Copies of transcripts from all completed sessions in Quebec
Online application attachments for all supporting documents (scanned copies in clear and readable PDF format, with a maximum size of 4 megabytes)
