The Role
As an operator, your daily routine will be filled with energy, enthusiasm, and, of course, a cup of coffee! You’ll work on processing fresh milk and transforming it into various dairy products such as fresh milk, yogurt, and custard. Your responsibilities will include operating packaging and processing machines, ensuring a smooth production process, conducting quality tests multiple times a day, and reporting any quality and safety issues. Roughly 50% of your time will be spent in production, 20% on quality checks, and 20% on changing and cleaning the workplace. There’s plenty of diversity in your tasks, including:
Operating and adjusting various packaging machines
Detecting, repairing, or reporting production line faults
Ensuring an efficient and effective production line
Performing various inspections to maintain high quality
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- MBO-level work and thinking
- Experience as a machine operator or mechanic is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch
